Date: September 4-5, 2024 Location: Heraklion, Crete, Greece & online (hybrid). The event venue is located on the premises of the Foundation For Research And Technology – Hellas (FORTH), in Heraklion, Crete. Registration is mandatory. Audience Cybersecurity professionals, computer scientists and engineers, as well as students, researchers and academics working in the fields of Optical and Quantum Technologies, as well as representatives from the Optical and Quantum Technologies Industry. The training will feature presentations from National Quantum Communications Infrastructure (NatQCIs) Projects from across Europe. Training language: English Description This event aims to train the new generation of engineers in quantum technologies and cybersecurity, so that Greece is ready for the operation of the European Quantum Communications Infrastructure - EuroQCI. The training focuses on Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) systems, Cybersecurity and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) issues.
