Registration Policy
Participants registered for ECAI2008 have access to ECAI and PAIS as well as to Workshops, Tutorials and STAIRS if they have registered to attend any of them.
At least one author, per accepted paper or poster in ECAI or PAIS, registers to the conference and presents the paper or poster, respectively.
Authors or participants of Workshop, Tutorials or STAIRS have to register for the ECAI2008 conference as well.
EVENT MAKERS Ltd., is the Congress Secretariat and will handle Conference Registration and Hotel Accommodation.

Workshop and Tutorials registration fee covers:
- Admission to corresponding workshop or tutorial sessions
- Lunches for 21st and 22nd of July, 2008
- Workshop Proceedings, printed version and CD
- Coffee breaks
- Local conference bus service (from hotels to Conference Center and back)
NOTE: Member rates are available to participants who are standing members of national societies within ECCAI. Such membership should be declared upon registration to obtain the special member rate.
