Conference bus service

Transportation between Athens Airport and Patras Conference Hotels is facilitated through specially arranged conference busses. This service is offered at the price of 30.00 euro per person for a one-way ticket.

Private transportation

In case you need a tailor made transportation service for arrival/departure from/to Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos”, you may book a private car before your arrival/departure, transferring you from Athens International Airport to your hotel. You have to declare it as soon as possible before the time you will need it.
The duration of the private car journey will be approximately 2.5 h. Pick-up time of any private car booked will depend on the specific flight details you provide us with and will be confirmed to you as soon as your requirements are finalized & paid.
Your submission of reservations for airport transfers as well as payment is preferred through the e-mail: ecai2008@eventmakers.gr, or by fax to the ++30210-9370207 Your payment will be processed through bank transfer or by credit card (see detailed data on the Private transfer Form)

Airport transfers from Patras to Athens Airport can be booked at the Conference Travel Arrangements desk during the Conference. In order to arrange and book you private airport transfer we need the involved information (date, time, flight no and carrier) and your request prior to your arrival/departure.
